Refund Return Policy


We accept returns and offer replacement only if the items are received in defective/damaged/broken condition by the customer. In such cases customer has to inform us via email to ,  with a supporting picture of the damaged items in the original packing within 48 HRS of receipt of the goods. 48 HRS Time frame is calculated from the Delivered Date / Time as shown on DTDC Website who are our Logistics Partner.

Damaged Items have to be returned back to us in unused condition along with all the original boxes, parts and accessories through DTDC Courier. Return Shipping Charges will be borne by Royal Aquarium Pets reserves the right to replace the defective/damaged/broken item entirely OR only the damaged part of the item. Replacement will be sent once the items reach us and is inspected.

Replacement is void if inspection reveals any of the below signs

  • Item has been used
  • Any of the parts/accessories are missing
  • Damage was due to improper handling of product not as prescribed by the manufacturer
  • Product was tampered/tried to be modified in any way or form
